Michael ran the Seattle half marathon this past weekend. Although most of his training involved running after Braedyn or sitting in front of a computer at work he managed to run the whole thing and finish under 2 hours! After a couple days of limping around on sore legs he was back to riding his bike to work!

Okay now...NO training and you ran it all?! That's just not far after all the training I did and I'd probably have to walk! Great job and I can't wait to see some pictures of when you do a FULL one:) Then you can have a sticker on your bike that reads 26.2:)
