Disney Characters

Seeing the disney characters is a highlight for Braedyn.

 
 
 
 

Disneyland

As part of Mema and Papa's visit we took a couple of days and headed to Disneyland. Braedyn loves the roller coasters there.

We had breakfast with the characters one morning inside Disneyland. It was a blast. Braedyn got lots of signatures in his book.

Disney Characters

One of the highlights of Disneyland for Braedyn was all the characters.  He just loved getting autographs and pictures with all of them. He really didn't know any of them before we went, but picked up on it really quickly.

We spent 3 days at Disneyland with Mema and Papa. What a blast!

Christmas

We had more fun decorating cookies, and Braedyn got to open an early present. Then there was more Christmas singing. This kid loves his Jingle Bells song and all music in general (can you tell?)!!

 
 
 

On our drive home we headed back down Hwy 1. There were a couple of nice short trails that we stopped off at for some hiking to break up the long drive a little bit.

Big Sur

On our way home home from Monterey we stopped for lunch at a favorite little spot in Big Sur. After we ate Braedyn got to fulfill his innate need for throwing rocks into rivers.

More Park

Steam Engine

At Dennis the Menace park there is an old steam engine that is open for kids to play on. Braedyn had a blast running around and jumping off of it.

There is a great park in Monterey called Dennis the Menace park. There are tons of slides swings, hills, bridges, rocks, sandpits, a maze and all sorts of other fun stuff. We ended up spending 2 days here as it was so much fun.
