afternoon walk
Another nice day for a walk. We were heading to the river to throw some rocks in, but a pile of dirt caught Braedyn's attention and entertained him for quite awhile, at least until it was time to head back home for some lunch.

RSS Feed Fixed
I had something wrong with the RSS feed for this blog. It appears to be working after playing around with it for awhile.....
Museum of Flight
We've been meaning to get down to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, but just hadn't gotten around tp it yet. Well we finally had an opportunity on Saturday evening when Michael's division at Microsoft (Connected Systems Division) held their holiday party there. It was actually quite a bit of fun hanging out with people, watching a bunch of geeks dance, eating, and roaming the exhibits. It was a little touch and go for awhile as we were not sure if we'd be able to find a babysitter, but Talisha's friend Ella came through for us and so we were able to enjoy a nice evening out.

Party
We had a Christmas party at our house this past weekend with some friends. There ended up being a lot of kids there which made for a fun evening. Braedyn's toys were a hit, and Braedyn enjoyed running around with all of the other kids, andhad no problem sharing (I'm sure those days are numbered though....)

Christmas
Ok, the first picture isn't a Christmas picture, but this was Braedyn helping do a little bit of decorating. We got the Christmas tree inside finally, it was sort of heavy... This is our 4th year buying a live, potted tree that we plant after the holidays. We also got some lights up on the house, and still have more to do.
Redmond Lights
The city of Redmond had it's local Christmas event with lots of live music, free food and coffee, and other fun stuff. Of course this all took place on the eve of the big storms that flooded out King County so it was a bit of a wet night. We made the most of it, stopping in for dinner at Ooba's and getting a soggy high five from Santa!

Snow
Friend's told us that it may rain a lot in Seattle, but at least it doesn't snow.... Well we woke up this morning to a light dusting on the lawn, and then this evening it just started dumping for awhile. We ended up with about 4 inches or so and it was perfect packing snow for making snowballs and snowmen.
