Bucket Brigade

Braedyn got to participate (sort of) in the bucket brigade. We all got signed up to compete in it and were excited for half a second. Lucky for us they took a really long time so we had to leave before our turn came up. Braedyn just loves anything that involves throwing water!

 
 
 

Fire Trucks

The Carpinteria-Summerland fire district recently celebrated it's 75th anniversary with a little festival in Carpinteria. We headed down for a bit to check out all of the firetrucks and see what was going on. Aunt Michelle, Stevii and Davis went with us.

Swim Lessons

Braedyn has been taking swim lessons at taking swim lessons at the Carpinteria City Pool and is starting to really enjoy swimming again. With the nice weather upon us we've been taking him to the YMCA a few days a week to swim as well so he's getting pretty comfortable in the water.

Grandma and Grandpa

Well it's been a while since they were here, but Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit on their way to Colorado. We're heading out to see them tomorrow, but we had a lot of fun while they were here.

Callaway's Visit

Our friends from Seattle, Justin, Amy, Eva and June, came out for a visit in May. Although the weather was a little more like Seattle we still had a lot of fun playing at the beach. Braedyn has always loved playing with Eva, and the beach made it even more fun. June really got into the waves too. We gave them the local beach tour heading to Carp city beach, Carp state beach, Rincon, Jelly Bowl/Tarpits, Butterfly beach in Montecito and Sandyland beach. Wow, I guess we did do a lot of beach playing while they were here.... right here in home sweet home, Carpinteria.
