We spent a little time in Silverthorne at the outlet shops (you can guess who wanted to go there, and it wasn't Braedyn or Daddy). Braedyn got to go hang out by the Blue river and look at the surrounding mountains and mostly thought about how he wished he lived in the mountains and got to hang out in them everyday.

We spent the weekend in Silverthorne, CO with Jason and Kay and Gates Marshall this past weekend. Braedyn and Gates had a fun time together, although they mostly just slept and ate. But they did look at each other a lot while we were sitting at restarants. On Sunday we went to the Keystone Jazz and Wine festival and had a good time there. It was a little cold up there, but we managed and had fun none the less. Here's a picture of Braedyn and Gates hanging out in the condo.

Braedyn always has his eyes wide open while we're out walking and his head is swinging around all over the place looking at the trees and animals and clouds and whatever there is too see.

Plus the fact that Braedyn is starting to skip his late afternoon nap and so is awake a little longer at that time. There's a pretty nice little park just a short drive from our house (even though there is one in our backyard too), that we've been going to.

Summer Squash is my favorite...

You may notice the nice dark clouds in the background, well we made it pretty much all the way back to the car before it was pouring on us. Braedyn thought it was fun until he got taken out of his stroller to get in the car and came out from under the stroller's canopy and started getting pelted in the head with raindrops. That was a new experience that he didn't really like.

Braedyn's favorite thing now is to be in his Baby Einstein Play Mobile. He can be causing quite the fuss, but if you set him in this, he cheers right on up. His favorite new thing is to flail his arms around and hit the little animals that make the noise of the pictured animal.

Braedyn just loves Nicole. Whenever she was around Braedyn wouldn't even look at mom and dad, instead he stared at Nicole until she looked at him and then he broke into a full body smile.
