We spent the afternoon at Farrell McWhirter Park in Redmond which has a little working farm with some animals that the kids can get up close an personal with. Braedyn was a little more excited about the beautiful selection of rocks that were available at the farm, but did stare down a goat and almost got his finger bit off by a pig. It was actually a lot of fun and was such a georgous day to be outside!
Picking flowers at the Redmond Farmer's market, well actually just throwing rocks at the flowers...
Our kid seems to have naked intellect, probably gets it from reading in the buff....
An afternoon at the Bellevue Strawberry festival, where there were, oddly enough, a severe lack of strawberries.

Braedyn playing in his room...
Braedyn at the Idylwood Beach park with lots of other kids.
One of Braedyn's bathtime toys is a set of washable tub crayons. He's just starting to figure out what they can do for him, and the result here is his very first piece of art on the wall of our tub. It's sure to be classic! (Just a little halp from daddy to sign his name to it).
Braedyn's tricycle showed up in the mail the other day. Braedyn was a big help to daddy while putting it together, he made sure that all of the pieces were sturdy and handed daddy all of the tools needed. He even counted all of the nuts and bolts and tested out how far they can fly and how small of cracks and holes they would fit into. After everything tested out ok we got the thing put together and now Braedyn can't peel himself away from it. This is a nice little trike that has a handle for mom or dad to push with that will also steer the bike. Very handy!
Braedyn is fascinated by bubbles. At swim class bubbles are about the only thing that make him happy. When he takes a bath it just isn't complete without a few blowing around. He's now made it through his first bottle of bubbles and we're pretty sure we're going to have to make bubbles a regular addition to the shopping list.
Braedyn's buddy Connor came in to town for a few days and they had a lot of fun hanging out together. On this day they invited the twins, Alexendra and Isabella downtown to go to the Seattle Aquarium.
An afternoon hike with the boys at Discovery Park in Seattle (the girls were off shopping). We hiked down to North Beach where Braedyn threw some rocks into the water.
The hike back out.

After the amount of flying face plants and other injuries sustained since beginning to walk, this t-shirt seemed fitting for our little stunt master. "I do all my own stunts"
