emergency room visit
Braedyn has come down with a case of what the doctor's think is the flu. He's been throwing up and having diarreah since yesterday. We started getting a little concerned about him when he was starting to get lethargic this afternoon so we called the Dr. and they told us to go to the ER. Of course about the time we got him out of bed to make a mad dash to the ER Braedyn popped out of his lethargic state and got all excited and started smiling, laughing, playing and pointing at everything (you can judge how well he is doing by how much his little pointer is working, he was even pointing at the vomit as it came out yesterday).
By the time we got to the ER at Childrens Hospital in Seattle he was seeming fine. Mom had given him some more drinks on the way and that seemed to help. The Dr at Children's wanted to have him hang out and drink lots of fluids for a while, an that helped a lot more. But for the most part we made the drive just so the kid could open all of the cupboards and drawers in the ER and check out all the really cool, pint sized, medical equipment sitting around and get this fancy new outfit that you see him modelling below. All is well now, mom and dad have directions to keep him plump full of fluids and let him have plenty of rest. At least at Children's they were a little more helpful than our regular Ped. .

Happy Easter
He wasn't really sure what those little plastic things were, but they sure looked a lot like a ball he had back at home, so he just threw the eggs.
Once mommy got the candy out of the egg for him, it went right into his mouth. With those bright colors it must be tastey.
What would an easter egg hunt be without a giant pink easter bunny?
